The Mordialloc Car Showroom presented with a unique set of site constraints. Being directly located underneath aeroplane flight paths in an Airport environmental overlay, there were a number of design considerations to be made. The form makes reference to the aeronautical wings of the plane gesturing towards the corner of a major intersection, whilst the panels are comprised of pre-cast panels with consideration to construction ease and constraints of the site.
The showroom is currently under construction and to be completed by end of 2024.
